Bomb threat to flight from Moscow to Goa, so flight.......


 MUMBAI: A chartered flight from Russia to Goa from Moscow airport was suddenly diverted due to a bomb threat in the early hours of Saturday morning. There were a total of 238 passengers and 2 children and 7 crew members on board the chartered flight of Azur Air in Russia.

The plane was scheduled to land at Dabolim airport in South Goa at 4.15 am, according to senior police and officials. The flight (AZV2463) flown by Azure Air was diverted before entering Indian airspace. At 00.30 pm the director of Dabolim Airport received the email. The email mentioned that a bomb had been placed on the plane. So the plane was diverted suddenly.


The incident comes almost two weeks after a Moscow-to-Goa flight made an emergency landing
